BTK and BCL-2 Inhibitor Refractory Disease: Investigate mechanisms of resistance and explore novel strategies to overcome refractory disease. Richter Transformation: Advance our understanding of the biology, diagnosis, and treatment of Richter transformation. Immune Dysfunction and Restoration: Examine the causes of immune dysregulation in CLL and develop approaches to restore immune function. Novel Therapeutics and Targets:Identify and validate new molecular targets and innovative treatment strategies for CLL.

The proposed project has received approval from the IRB or IACUC committee for research on primary CLL specimens or human subjects, or if laboratory animals will be used in the research, respectively.
